TRAVIS RYAN
CLINICIAN/ARTIST/WRITER

Travis Ryan fiercely champions the church. By watching his father lead worship at the Calvary Chapels of southern California and at Saddleback church, Ryan gained a vision for the church and its role in the Kingdom.

Ryan attended California Baptist University in Riverside, CA where he studied Arts in Worship Ministry, led worship for the school, and accepted a position at Magnolia Avenue Baptist Church during his Junior year. As a member of the city’s network of churches, Travis cultivated relationships with Billy Batstone, Hanz Ives, and Steve Wiggins of Harvest Church, writing songs with them for his independent release.

During his senior year, Ryan accepted a position at Saddleback Church where he served for the next 6 years and continued to cultivate his passion for co-writing. This period of time was fruitful for Ryan; signing with Integrity Music because of their dedication to the church, continuing to write with Tim Timmons, Caleb Clements, Todd Proctor, Matt Redman, Ben Cantelon, Jason Ingram, and Jennie Lee Riddle; and touring with Paul Baloche, Phil Wickham, and MercyMe.

Ryan recently accepted a position at Life Point Church in Smyrna, TN where he is cultivating a culture of creativity and a community of songwriting, conveying his passion for the church and God’s kingdom to the Life Point body in the states and around the world.
